NOTE that I am inundated every year with calls and emails from people who have not read all of the information on this site and/or have not signed up for the renters' mailing list or registered as an owner. Fielding these calls and emails is incredibly time-consuming—thereby threatening the future of the auction.

Deadlines
Club regulations require that all licensing (rental) paperwork must be received by the Roton Point business office before a date that they specify each year—usually about the 21st of April.
This site is maintained by a former Roton Point owner to serve as a more efficient and fair way for owners, renters and buyers to communicate their interests
